A&D held the 2005 Worldwide Weighing Agents Meeting on November 14th, 15th and 16th in Japan.
25 people from 14 countries gathered for this year’s meeting and stayed in Shuzenji, Shizuoka, which is about 3 hours by car from Tokyo.

A&D’s president, Hikaru Furukawa, spoke about current business expansion in A&D and encouraged all weighing agents to promote A&D’s new weighing products for their own sales growth.
During the WWAM 2005, all of the attendees were very happy to exchange sales information. In order for them to continue to successfully promote A&D’s weighing products, they took part in workshops focused on our new weighing products.. 

Most of the attendees visited our Technical Center in Saitama where new facilities have been built to support our new DSP business for the automobile industry. They also visited the Kensei factory in Ibaraki where the manufacturing of electronic balances commenced on November 17th 2005.
