Watch Your Blood Pressure Trends with Clinically Validated UA-855
The UA-855 new Premium Data Blood Pressure Monitor from A&D Medical is designed to give more information and easier analysis when taking blood pressure in both professional and home environments.
A&D's new Intellitronics technology means a faster, more comfortable inflation, leading to a more relaxed and therefore natural reading. There is also a thermometer incorporated in the monitor to ensure consistency in room temperature when readings are being taken (lower temperature generally means higher blood pressure). These features allow the patient to gather an ever more accurate picture of their blood pressure, meaning they can have even more confidence in the readings, and as a result are less likely to be given medication or other treatment when it is not needed (and more importantly, to be treated when it is needed !).
The UA-855 provides on-screen graphical data, giving detailed information on the current reading. This detail is retained for every reading and average in the twin 120-reading memories. The monitor also has the standard A&D Irregular Heart Beat (IHB) function and World Health Organisation (WHO) blood pressure guide, giving as much functionality as possible whilst maintaining the ease of operation common to all A&D monitors.
The UA-855 is validated to European Society of Hypertension protocol to ensure accuracy so please contact us for copies. Following the launch at the recent Pharmacy Show in Birmingham the UA-855 is already available in the UK from John Bell and Croydon prestige pharmacy in London and other leading distributors including PMS Instruments and Idass Fitness.
