The Automotive Testing Expo North America 2005 was held in Novi, Michigan in the US from the 26th to the 28th of October. A standalone Crash Test Expo was also held at the same venue on these dates.The Automobile Testing Expo is an ideal opportunity for automobile developers and manufactures to showcase their products and innovative technology, such as testing equipment and simulation analysis software. Ultra high-speed video cameras for collision testing were on display at the Crash Test Expo. This year’s exhibition was the most successful yet with more than 350 international exhibitors in attendance, up 25% compared with last year.

At the A&D Technology Inc. booth, we were displaying leading-edge DSP products, such as our high-resolution wheel force sensor, which is 10 times more accurate than those of our competitors, and our rotating torque sensor.
We also displayed CAS (Combustion Analysis System) and ATLAS, along with A&D’s FFT analyzer.The interest expressed by many visitors to our booth was very encouraging and we were extremely happy to speak with many different customers during the 3 day Expo.

The seminar area was close to our booth where many presenters discussed the newest automotive technology and problem solving ideas throughout the duration of the Expo.
